Rain before northern Taiwan is affected by seasonal winds Saturday

Rain is in the forecast around Taiwan Thursday after two balmy winter days, with precipitation becoming more prevalent Friday followed by northeastern seasonal winds that are expected to pick up Saturday, the Central Weather Bureau said.
