Typhoon Koppu moving slowly, to affect Taiwan next week

Typhoon Koppu is moving in a slow pace, but its peripheral cloud system is expected to bring rain to the northern and eastern parts of Taiwan starting from Sunday, the Central Weather Bureau said Saturday.
