Water supplies to industrial users in Kaohsiung, southern Taiwan were cut by 10 percent from Wednesday, up from the 7.5 percent reduction already in place, as the country continues to grapple with its worst drought in decades, according to Taiwan Water Corp. (TWC 台灣自來水公司).
