Kaohsiung dengue fever cases skyrocket after flooding

Taipei, Aug. 18 (CNA) Officials in Kaohsiung said Monday they have recorded 713 dengue fever cases so far this year as of the previous day, with 26 new cases reported every day on average since Aug. 12 alone.
