Tropical Storm Matmo forms off southernmost Taiwan

A sea warning is likely to be issued as early as next Tuesday for Tropical Storm Matmo, which has formed southwest of Guam, becoming the 10th named storm of 2014, and a land warning for it cannot be ruled out, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said Friday.
