Snake survey held to observe Dragon Boat Festival

A nationwide snake survey is underway to coincide with Wednesday's Dragon Boat Festival in an attempt to squash a tradition among some sectors of society that people should get rid of the creature mislabeled as an evil spirit on the day when sinister animals are awakened.
