GlobalWafers, GlobalFoundries to expand ties in wafer development

GlobalWafers Co., a leading silicon wafer supplier in Taiwan, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with U.S.-based contract chipmaker GlobalFoundries Inc. to expand cooperation in wafer development.
