Former President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) attended the inaugural Berlin Freedom Week event in Berlin, Germany, on Monday and was invited to deliver a speech at the Berlin Freedom Conference titled "Threats facing democracies: Taiwan's experience defending freedom."
