Ko's staff call NT$8,800-a-head concert 'normal commercial activity'

A spokesperson for Taiwan People's Party (TPP) Chairman Ko Wen-je (柯文哲) has denied that the presidential candidate's NT$8,800-a-head concert Saturday was designed to skirt campaign financing rules, calling the event a "normal commercial activity."
