Canadian scholars laud closer Taiwan ties after Indo-Pacific strategy release

A group of visiting Canadian scholars on Wednesday said they are pleased to see Canada launch steps to develop closer ties and gain a deeper understanding of Taiwan, following the release of the country's Indo-Pacific strategy late last year that included developing a stronger presence in the region.
