Possible presidential candidate likens ROC and Taiwan to 'glass and water'

New Taipei Mayor Hou Yu-ih (侯友宜) said on Friday that the Republic of China (ROC) and Taiwan are "inseparable," like "glass and water," adding that the existence of the ROC should be recognized by the international community.
