Premier names new health minister, CECC commander

Premier Su Tseng-chang (蘇貞昌) on Friday appointed Deputy Health Minister Hsueh Jui-yuan (薛瑞元) to replace Health Minister Chen Shih-chung (陳時中), who resigned Thursday to focus on his Taipei mayoral campaign.
