Washington, Aug. 3 (CNA) Hsiao Bi-khim (蕭美琴), Taiwan's new representative to the United States, said advancing trade relations and maintaining Taiwan's national security are the top priorities in her new role, but acknowledged that restrictions on the import of some U.S. agricultural products remain an impediment to a potential trade deal.
