Taoyuan mayor touts accomplishments in transportation, infrastructure

Taoyuan Mayor Cheng Wen-tsan (鄭文燦) from the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) touted his achievements over the past four years Tuesday, particularly in infrastructure and transportation, promising to build on that foundation if reelected.
