Uruguay has decided to allow Taiwanese travelers visa-free entry for stays of up to 90 days, which makes it the 169th country or territory across the world to offer that status to Republic of China (Taiwan) passport holders, the Ministry of Foreign affairs (MOFA) said Wednesday.
