Tsai to attend opening of expanded Panama Canal: report

President-elect Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) will attend the inauguration ceremony of the expanded Panama Canal on June 26 and may transit through the United States during her first overseas trip after she takes office on May 20, according to a media report on Thursday.
