KMT candidate claims victory in Lienchiang legislative vote

Chen Hsuen-sheng (陳雪生), the candidate of the ruling Kuomintang (KMT), claimed victory Saturday over three rivals in the Lienchiang County voting district, generally known as the Matsu islands.
