Taiwan grants visa-free treatment for Andorra, San Marino citizens

Taiwan has decided to grant visa-free privileges for citizens of the tiny European countries of Andorra and San Marino, in an effort to further strengthen ties between Taiwan and the European Union, a foreign affairs official said Thursday.
