"How's traffic?"

A robot is displayed by the Directorate General of Highway's Fourth Maintenance Office in Hualien County Wednesday. Three locations -- Su'ao Service Area and 7-Eleven's Nan'ao store in Yilan County and Taiwan Cement's Daka Park in Hualien -- will each have one such robot to offer traffic information in the two counties and allow road users to contact the local traffic control center during the Lunar New Year holiday that starts Jan. 29.
