Arthur Rosenfeld wins Tang Prize in sustainable development

Arthur H. Rosenfeld, hailed as "The Godfather of Energy Efficiency," was named the winner of the second Tang Prize in sustainable development Saturday for his "lifelong and pioneering innovations in energy efficiency."
