Taipei mayor to attend twin-city forum in Shanghai next month

Taipei Mayor Ko Wen-je (柯文哲) will lead a delegation to Shanghai early next month for the annual Taipei-Shanghai City Forum, focusing on economic cooperation, youth exchanges and issues relating to city governance, a Taipei city official said Sunday.
