Hon Hai's unit in India secures subsidies under govt's PLI scheme

A subsidiary of Taiwan-based manufacturing giant Hon Hai Precision Industry Co. has secured approval for subsidies from Indian authorities for spending made in and sales generated from its production base in the country under the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme, according to India's Press Information Bureau (PIB).
