Northern Taiwan's property market sluggish but index rises: poll

The property market in northern Taiwan flashed another "yellow-blue" light in July, pointing to sluggishness, but the index gauging the market moved slightly higher from a year earlier, according to a survey by real estate magazine My Housing.
