Din Tai Fung to close its first U.S. restaurant

Taiwan-based restaurant giant Din Tai Fung (鼎泰豐), best known for its xiaolongbao (steamed pork dumplings), announced Wednesday that it will close its first U.S. location Thursday, citing the economic downturn as the reason.
