Investment plan to attract NT$1 trillion in pledges: Cabinet

Campaigns launched last year to lure overseas Taiwanese businesspeople to invest funds back in Taiwan amid the trade war between the United States and China is close to attracting pledges of NT$1 trillion (US$33 billion), the Cabinet said Tuesday.
