Pegatron hands out minimum NT$12,000 in prize money to employees

Key iPhone assembler Pegatron Corp. allocated over NT$90 million (US$2.93 million) to reward the 7,500 employees who attended its year-end "Weiya" banquet Sunday, with those who did not win any of the major prizes still receiving a NT$12,000 cash prize.
