Chunghwa Telecom taking steps to cope with huge retirement wave

Anticipating that 5,000 workers will retire from the company over the next five years, leading telecom provider Chunghwa Telecom Co. has launched a policy overhaul and a campaign to recruit young talent, it said Wednesday.
