Taiwan's financial institutions should expand their presence in other Asian markets, including India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam and Myanmar, all big markets that that have tremendous potential for development, Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC, 金管會) Chairman Tseng Ming-chung (曾銘宗) said Wednesday.
