Man sets himself on fire outside Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall

A man said to be around 30 was being treated at a hospital in Taipei Monday morning after he reportedly set himself on fire in front of National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall complex earlier in the day, police said.
