Belgian representative in Taiwan decorated

Foreign minister David Lin on Wednesday decorated Belgium's outgoing representative in Taiwan, Caroline Vermeulen, with the Order of Brilliant Star with Grand Cordon, in recognition of her outstanding contribution to the promotion of relations between the two countries.
