New Taipei mayor again rules out presidential bid (update)

New Taipei Mayor Eric Chu (朱立倫) on Friday reiterated that he would not run for president next year, despite a new poll showing him as the ruling Kuomintang's best chance of defeating opposition candidate Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文).
