2017 green power program goal achieved; CPC largest buyer so far

More than 13,000 subscribers have signed up for the 2017 green power program initiated by the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) so far in 2017, topping the goal of 10,000 for the year, the ministry said Saturday.
