Taipower top carbon dioxide emitter in Taiwan: EPA

The state-owned Taiwan Power Co. (Taipower, 台電) is the main source of carbon dioxide emissions in Taiwan, according to a list released Friday by the country's Environmental Protection Administration (EPA).
