Taiwan states position on TPP in talks with U.S. officials (update)

Taiwanese officials on Friday expressed the country's hope of becoming a "constructive partner" in the Untied States' efforts to promote regional economic integration during a round of bilateral talks over Taiwan-U.S. trade.
