Coast guard to increase patrols against illegal Chinese scavenging

Taiwan's coast guard is planning to step up patrols in artificial reef sites following reports of Chinese vessels damaging ecological areas by scavenging wreckage from Taiwanese waters, the Council of Agriculture said Saturday.
