Typhoon Krathon causes damage across Taiwan

Typhoon Krathon wreaked widespread havoc across Taiwan on Thursday before and after it made landfall in Kaohsiung, causing flooding, landslides and power outages. The slow-moving typhoon struck the southern port city at 12:40 p.m., according to the Central Weather Administration.
