Guardians' Chen Shih-peng shuts out Dragons

Chen Shih-peng (陳仕朋) of the Fubon Guardians pitched a shutout against the Wei Chuan Dragons at Xinzhuang Baseball Stadium in New Taipei Monday for the home team's fifth win in the Chinese Professional Baseball League's (CPBL) second half-season.
