Filipino basketball league brings festive cheer to migrant community

Music and festivity filled Taoyuan's Nankan area as a Filipino worker basketball league, one of the first to open since the easing of COVID-19 restrictions in recent months, tipped off with 15 teams and hundreds of players and fans at the opening ceremony.
