Hsieh ousted from Western & Southern Open with Belgian partner

Taiwanese tennis ace Hsieh Su-wei (謝淑薇) and her Belgian partner Elise Mertens crashed out of the 16th round of the women's doubles at the Western & Southern Open in the American city of Cincinnati on Thursday.
