Taiwan's Chan sisters win women's doubles at Pan Pacific Open

Taipei, Sept. 21 (CNA) Taiwanese tennis sisters Latisha Chan (詹詠然) and Chan Hao-ching (詹皓晴) won the women's doubles title at the Toray Pan-Pacific Open in Osaka, Japan Saturday.

The Chan sisters defeated Hsieh Su-wei (謝淑薇) and Hsieh Yu-chieh (謝語倢), also sisters from Taiwan, 7-5, 7-5 in the final to claim their fourth championship this season.

The two pairings last played each other in the final of the 2007 OEC Cup Taiwan Ladies Open in Taoyuan, when the Chan sisters were also victorious.
