1 dead, 8 injured in Taipei knife attack linked to smoke grenade suspect

A man who allegedly threw a smoke grenade and injured two individuals in MRT Taipei Main Station at around 5 p.m. Friday later stabbed seven other people, injuring three seriously, near MRT Zhongshan Station, local authorities said.
