Typhoon Koinu injures 190, over 62,000 households still without power

Typhoon Koinu, which is located at the southern tip of Taiwan as of Thursday morning, has injured 190 people since Wednesday afternoon and left over 62,381 homes and businesses still without power, according to local authorities.
