17-year-old pauses taxi ride to pump 50 bullets into New Taipei storefront

A 17-year-old taxi passenger who allegedly stopped mid-ride to fire more than 50 bullets into a New Taipei storefront Thursday morning surrendered himself almost immediately by taking the same cab to a nearby police station.
