Scam message sent to Cambodian PM 'not necessarily' from Taiwan: CIB

The Criminal Investigation Bureau said Tuesday that a scam message allegedly sent to Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen from a Taiwanese IP address was "not necessarily" from Taiwan.
