Supreme Court upholds 4.5-year sentence in Puyuma derailment case

The Supreme Court on Friday upheld the 54-month jail sentence handed down by a lower court to the driver of a Puyuma Express train that derailed in Yilan County in 2018 and resulted in the deaths of 18 people.
