Cold weather forecast for start of 228 holiday weekend

Taiwan’s four-day 228 holiday weekend will get off to a cold start on Saturday and Sunday, with temperatures forecast to dip into the mid-to-low teens across much of the island, before gradually warming back up on Monday and Tuesday.
