Cloud-seeding operation no help to Tsengwen Reservoir

The Water Resources Agency (WRA) tried seeding clouds in southern Taiwan on Sunday morning to boost the water reserves of Tsengwen Reservoir, but the move had little impact, according to the WRA's Southern Region Water Resources Office.
