Low temperature, rain advisories issued as cold air mass hits Taiwan

The Central Weather Bureau (CWB) on Wednesday issued a low-temperature alert for Kinmen, where temperatures are expected to drop below 10 degrees Celsius in some areas in the offshore island county as a continental cold air mass hit Taiwan.
