Ashes of fallen Taiwanese warrior who fought for Ukraine return home

The ashes of Tseng Sheng-guang (曾聖光), a Taiwanese man who died on Nov. 2 fighting for Ukraine against Russia, were returned to Taiwan Wednesday.
