Taiwan to hold drills simulating magnitude 8.0 earthquake

Taiwan's government is asking people to stay calm and take steps to stay "safe" when receiving text messages warning of a simulated earthquake and tsunami on Sept. 21 in drills observing the 23rd anniversary of the deadly 921 Earthquake of 1999.
